Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 333 days from the day of your purchase. If 333 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you need to contact me at [email protected] from the email you have used to make a purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you when we have refunded the money.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. Meaning – you can’t get a refund for the product if you have used a coupon code to get a discount.

Still, you can get a refund for the lowered price, for example, the one during the pre-launch period.
